Confidentiality And Impartiality:

    1. OBJECTIVE :
    This procedure is prepared to determine the confidentiality and impartiality methods related with HALAL CORRECT Halal Certification activities.
    2. SCOPE :
    This procedure involves, the services that are carried out and personnel who takes part in those services within HALAL CORRECT Halal Certification.
    3. RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES
    All of the personnel take role in Halal Certification Activities.
    4. DEFINITIONS
    HALAL CORRECT : Halal Certification Body
    HCTS : Halal Certification Technical Specialist
    QDMS : HALAL CORRECT Quality Documentation Management System
    5. IMPLEMENTATION
    5.1 MANAGEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY
    All the documents/records that are related with the activities in HALAL CORRECT Halal Certification are accepted as confidential. And these are mentioned below:
    - From the application of conformity assessment till the result of application of the establishment (customer), all documents of analysis reports, test reports, e-mails and other knowledge including soft copy of documents, records.
    - Information about the personnel who take part in Halal Certification Audits
    - All documents in about the establishment (customer) after halal certification audit.
    The personnel who take part in the conformity assessment process including the head of department are responsible to provide the confidentiality. Archive responsible is responsible to provide the confidentiality of the documents in the archive.
    All personnel who take part in halal certification activities, the personnel who take part in decision-making, experts, commission members etc. are responsible to provide the confidentiality and impartiality according to the HALAL CORRECT Personnel Regulations and Commitment of Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality which they have signed. After signing the Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality contract, personnel contract, contract, personnel can reach the document of establishment or be appointed in the halal certification process.
    Commiment members who will have duties within the HALAL CORRECT commitees can be appointed after signing Confidentiality Commitment of Committee Members.
    If the persons who signs the Commitment/Agreement of Confidentiality, Independence, Impartiality, do not obey the rules, a regal process will be begun against them by the related department.
    5.2 MANAGEMENT OF IMPARTIALITY
    HALAL CORRECT top management has a “Principles of corporate service and declaration of top management” in order to provide the impartiality of the activities about halal certification services within HALAL CORRECT. In accordance with this declaration, the departments act in the ways mentioned below.
    - An organizational structure has been established to ensure that the Halal Certification services provided by HALAL CORRECT are carried out in line with the principles of independence, impartiality and honesty.
    - The HALAL CORRECT Board of Directors has given statements and instructions that the service will be provided in line with the principles of impartiality, independence and confidentiality.
    - Members of the “Impartiality Committee” have been appointed and authorized so that the relevant parties will be represented equally and in a balanced manner; in order to determine the issues that may affect/ affect the impartiality and confidentaility of the service provided for the halal certificate given by the HALAL CORRECT, to identify conflicts of interest and assessing their risks and to take and implement measures,
    - In the event that the impartiality committee cannot access information about all services provided, the decisions taken by the committee are not complied with and are not adequately implemented; after detecting inappropriate situations, the committee was authorized to inform the HALAL CORRECT General Manager and the Halal Accreditation Body.
