NON-DISCRIMINATORY POLICY
Purpose : is created as policies and procedure for Halal Correct to operate its activity and system for its clients.
- It is guaranteed that human rights are exercised without discrimination of any kind based on race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status such as disability, age, marital and family status, gender identity, health status, place of residence, economic and social situation.
- Halal Correct handles all the customers and stakeholders professionally, without discrimination regarding beliefs, religion, and ethnic origin. Halal Correct treats all clients in the same manner. They all have the same right and duties according to document HS-006 Duties, Rights and Sanction of Certified Clients.
- The operations and services are accessible for all applicants whose activities fall within the scope of halal certification.
- Access to the certification process does not depend on the size of the client or the number of certifications already issued.
- Halal correct only confines its requirements, evaluation, review, decision and surveillance (if any) to those matters specifically related to the scope of halal certification.
- during its operation, Halal Correct will give an open access to the general information, guideline and forms used during the Halal audit.
- the clients have a right to request a relevant document to Halal Correct as its guideline during Halal Certification.
- Halal Correct shall explain in the beginning related to the certification cycles before the client signs the contract or quotation.
- The information about the financial cost of Halal certification is provided by Halal Correct according to its breakdown price on document HS-002.SOP-021 Fee Regulation of Halal Correct.
- Halal Correct can accept or decline the applicant in case of any fundamental factors such as mentioned on a note in clause 4.4 Non-discriminatory conditions ISO/IEC 17065:2012.
